The following list shows the authorized persons (Service Application Administrators - SAAs) in your company. Below you will find a detailed explanation of the rights and responsibilities of an SAA.
:Authorized persons / Service Application Administrator (SAA)
A Service Application Administrator (SAA) is a person authorized by the respective service provider who is responsible for managing users and their access rights.
The tasks of the SAAs include:
- Administration and maintenance of user lists (own company and responsible third parties, e.g. property managers) as well as user access rights
- Immediate notification of users who are to be deactivated
- Requesting one-time tokens via the help desk if users need to set up their two-factor authentication access again (e.g., for a new smartphone)
Rights of SAAs- SAAs can create new users and adjust existing user rights
What does this mean for you? - If you require permissions or need to make changes to your access, please contact one of the authorized persons (SAAs) listed above directly.
- Normal users cannot initiate changes – please contact your responsible SAAs only.
- Please do not send an email to the helpdesk, as it will be rejected.
Process for designating new or deleting existing SAAsIf a service provider wishes to designate new SAAs or change existing ones, this is done through a formal process:
- The service provider fills out the new SAA declaration and sends it signed by email to the helpdesk (helpdesk@2ig.support). If current SAAs are to be removed, this can be done by sending an email to the helpdesk (helpdesk@2ig.support) using a current SAA.
- Once the change has been successfully verified, it is stored in the system.
